searching for a team to visit Derelict House

the hunter's book says :Boss have a 100% probability to drop one of the items on drop list.

As my [font=Trebuchet MS][size=2]experience[/size][/font] from last two visit to D-house, every teammate should prepare large amount of scrolls  healing/posioning,

also a group of five is necessary

any lvl4 ups is interested ?

it always takes a hole night also need some sliver coins (less then 1 gold) for one visit

after down the boss ,we can take the loot to auction if there is sth. difficult to [font=Trebuchet MS][size=2]distribute the loot[/size][/font]
