lz一看就是反面教材啊，对于欧来说大牌乐队如果肯来就是亏钱也干，而且要给足rider。因为流派强度就是和别人争其他大牌乐队最重要的东西。同样的道理一次在同一城市演出多场的乐队只要演出质量比你的流派强度高就可以邀请。另一方面为维持流派强度一定要把别人自己来订演出的最低声望设到6以上，最好是8-10，这样演出质量很差的乐队很难忽悠到这个等级。

另外除非看上去显然不是巡演型的乐队，不然最好不要乱发邀请，这个叫做random invitations，会上黑名单的。

Basically using bookmark is the fastest way.
基本上，用书签是最快的。

1. Book mark all the bands from number one to whatever number you wish to send out invites.
一，书签全部的乐团，又第一到任何排名你想要邀请的。

• Drop the ones that do not accept invitations, or put it in another folder for later uses.
• 把不接受邀请的洗掉，要不然把他放在另一个书签夹裏
• Put bands that only accept competitions in another folder for competition uses only.
• 把只接受竞赛的放到另一个书签夹裏

2. Send out invitations to the bands that do accept invitations based on their schedule.
二，开始邀请接受邀请的乐团，参考他们的行程

• Check the map for the traveling time and look at how the band book their shows, some doing only every other day, some does as soon as possible, and some doing it every day.  Send invitation based on their liking; also make sure to consider the time zone, if they prefer it, pretty simple by just look at how they book in other cities.
• 参考时最好有地图对照他们的行程。有些乐团是每隔一天演出，有些越快越好，有些是每天一次。邀请时对照他们的喜好，还有记得看他们的演出时间，是否邀请是他们喜欢的时间。
• Some bands are welling to play two shows in a city if they have extra time, if the band rank high enough, I don't see why not just send out an invitation.
• 有些乐团不介意在同一个城市演出两场以上，所以没必要不邀请他们如果他们已经有一场演出预订了。
• Also, it was mentioned that if the band looks like they are inactive.  I would check if the band leader is really inactive, if not, I would send out invitation anyway.  Make sure you check if they accept the invitation every other day, I would just cancel the invitation 3 days later.
• 如果乐团看起来不像有在演出。我基本上会看团长还有没有正常上线，如果有的话，我还是邀请他们。如果他们三天以后没有介绍邀请，我就把邀请拿掉。
• About the bands with multiple pending invitations.  Some band just like to hold on to multiple invitations, sometimes they are just waiting for the invitation for the right time and the right location, it is up to you to be considerate on how it will plan out.  Also, you can plan the trip for them by looking at possible route that is going to your city and approx how long it will be getting to your city.
• 乐团有好几个邀请还没接受的。有些乐团他们是还没决定他们的路线，他们在等看看有什么邀请可以一次就开一条路线，如果你可以看看别人的邀请，如果和你的邀请可以连成一条线到你的城市的话，不妨试试。
• Bands I normally would ignore is the bands that only play in big chain clubs, normally they do know the club owner and most likely won't be bother with your invitation.
• 我基本上放弃邀请乐团只在一个连锁俱乐部演出，大部分他们认识老板，所以很多时候只是浪费时间而已。
• The most important thing is to check the forums.  Read the Company Forums, bands post their schedule there, make sure you write down a note for the date on your bookmarks for the bands that are planning to play in your city.  Be the first one to send out the invitation, most of the time they will be appreciate your work for being the first and remember exactly when they needed the invitation.
• POPO论坛。定时读POPO的公司论坛，乐团都会吧他们的时间表放在那，写下或者记在你的书签裏。第一个邀请他们要的时间，他们基本上都会接受的。

3. Sending out invitation to the bands that only accept competition invitations.
三，邀请乐团只接受竞赛的。

• First thing you need to check is make sure they are not part of a tour, if they are, forget it, they most likely won't be accepting the invitation.
• 把已经在竞赛行程的放到一边，暂时不要管他们。
• Make sure you participate in the forums for the tours that are in your genre, sometimes one of the legs will drop out for various reason, sometimes bands will drop out for various reason, that would possible be the chance for you to step in.  If you do happen to get the leg, merry christmas to you.
• 到POPO论坛裏找竞赛的文章，有时候可能会有俱乐部没法举行竞赛，有时乐团被踢掉了。好运的话你的俱乐部可以加到他们竞赛的行程。
• If they are not part of a tour, you put a note on the bookmark, when you have enough bookmarks with notes showing bands that are not in tours, you can then talk to your boss if it is possible to host a competition.  Make sure your club can handle it, nothing really hard.
• 如果乐团没有在任何竞赛行程的话，记在他们的书签裏。等到你有足够的书签，看看时间可不可以配合，可以的话就举行竞赛啦。

4. For bands that do not accept invitation.
四，不接受邀请的乐团。

• Most of the time they have already done with scheduling their tour.  If that is the case (by looking at how are the shows booked), make a note and constantly checking back to see when will they starting the next tour.
• 大部分他们已经安排好行程了，定时查查看他们什么时候在开始下一次的巡演就可以了。（书签）

Personally, I have done CEOing multiple clubs with different genres at once.  It is not an easy job, I had thousands of bookmarks and with notes on them.  I can personally tell you that, this is the easiest and fastest way to go.  Only thing that requires you to do is be very organized and considering the bands as your own, then everything will be smooth and easy.
