COFFEE
Everyone who has the Basic Cooking skill, automatically learns the recipe Black Coffee.
As with all recipes, you need a tool. For Black Coffee you need a Kettle.
To make a Cup of Coffee, you only need one component:
Coffee Bean. This item however, is (currently) only available as a plant on the countryside outside Sao Paolo. In the future we will probably add a few more places to harvest it, but for now, this is what all of you coffee lovers have to live with.
A Cup of Coffee only has a 3 hour lifespan. Drink it freshly brewed! Also, you can only drink a cup of coffee every
6 hours. However, it has five charges, so you can pass it around with a few of your friends, perhaps as a pre gig caffeine boost! Coffee has a very very small positive effect on your mood, which goes away after 30 minutes.
Coffee Beans come with 10 charges, so each "Coffee Bean item" lasts for 10 cups of coffee, each of which can be used by 5 people (but only during it's 3 hour lifespan).

RECIPES
A recipe is an ability to create a certain item, using one or several components (=other items).
A recipe always uses a tool (another item). The tool is not destroyed in the process, but you must have it with you.
In addition to the tool, you need components. Each time you make something,
one charge of each component is consumed.
A recipe always requires that you have a certain skill. However, you do not have to be of a certain skill level. Just have the skill is enough.
A recipe is sometimes time restricted, so you can only make it every X minutes. (Coffee is not, however).
How do you learn recipes?
There are several ways to learn recipes:
* Some recipes will be given by default when you learn a certain skill. Most recipes however will not be given this easily!
* You can learn a recipe from your master/mistress, if you are an apprentice. To learn it this way, you must :
- Be present when your master/mistress makes the recipe.
- You must have the required skill, of course.
- Your chance to learn the recipe this way depends on your skill level in the related skill and your master's teaching abilities
* Thirdly, you may sometimes spend XP on "buying" a random recipe that exists. yes, random - you cannot control which one you will leanr (except that of course you won't get the same recipe twice). The price is 5 XP. Yes, it is expensive! The price is high because it is meant as a way to let little known recipes enter the game world, while the default way to learn recipes is meant to be through master/apprentice relationships.
In order to "buy" a recipe this way, you need at least 4 stars in the skill.
