As far as I noticed, the effect percentage is a chance of workingindividually on each unit. So, in any level, there is a chance to hitall units, as there is a chance of hitting no units at all.
As far as I noticed, the amount of damage inflicted may differ amongsttwo units hit with the same Thunderstorm in the same tick.
It should cause damage every one-hour tick. Never tested it out.

Gaias Blessing is cumulative with Wealth. Their percentages are ADDEDfor Gold increase, and calculated over total Gold Income (Goldmine +Basic Income). Wood increase should work normally.
Gaias Blessing and Gaias Revenge cancel each other, according to their strenghts.
I never tried this, but Poverty should SUBTRACT Gaias Blessing bonus over gold.
